Combination of yoga poses (asana) and Qigong movements, along with time for writing and/or art making, prayer to YOUR Higher Power (whomever or whatever that is to YOU), the use of mantra (repetition of a sacred sound or phrases) and affirmations (positive statements for good outcome.) All levels welcome!
January, March, May – Posture, Poetry and Prayer (Yoga format) / February, April, June – Movement, Mantra and Meditation (Qigong/T’ai Chi format)
The asana and Qigong movements are “user-friendly” and can be adapted as needed. The focus of this program is to support your inner world through contemplative and creative practices.
Class Format: 2 pm – Check-in; class begins at 2:15 pm PST.
