  • Beginner Level via Zoom Platform Wednesdays (September 16 - October 28) • 2:30 - 3:45 pm PST Join me in the virtual world connecting via the internetYoga poses modified for those in need of adaptive methods for exercise seated in chairs.  Standing work with chair used as a prop.  Class content also includes breathing techniques as well as a guided meditation for relaxation.  Class Options: FULL COURSE:  Please select the 6 week course below to register for ALL.

  • All Levels via Zoom Platform Sundays (September 20 - November 1) • 11 am - 12:15 pm PST Join me in the virtual world connecting via the internet! Simple exercises drawn from the Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) repertoire, these standing moves are drawn from China’s ancient healing tradition. This class also includes meditation techniques, seated in a chair, as well as discussion of the philosophical basis of the practice.   • Intermediate Level 1 via Zoom Platform Tuesdays (September 15 - October 27) • 3:00 - 4:30 pm PST Join me in the virtual world connecting via the internetFocus is on form and sequencing in preparation for classic asana practice. Attention with intention is given to promote flexibility, strength and balance.
