All Levels – Via Zoom

Join me in the virtual world connecting via the internet! Simple exercises drawn from the Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) repertoire – also referenced as T’ai Chi – these standing moves come from China’s ancient healing tradition and philosophical lineage. This class includes seated meditation techniques and spiritual discourse.

September 20 through October 25, with make-up class on November 1. If you signed up for the course, and did not miss, consider November 1st a free class! Drop-ins welcome on this day too – at regular drop-in rate.
