Beginner Level – via Zoom

Yoga poses modified for those in need of adaptive methods for exercise seated in chairs. Standing work included with chair used as a prop. Class content also includes breathing techniques as well as a guided meditation for relaxation.

September 16 through October 21, with make-up class on October 28 If you signed up for the course, and did not miss, consider October 28th a free class!
Drop-ins welcome on this day too – at regular drop-in rate.

Fee: Six-week course = $90
Drop-in fee = $20 per class
