I’m offering this free introductory virtual combo session – via Zoom – for both on-going students as well as those who may be new to my work and particular style of teaching. Not sure what class you want to sign up for? This class will give you a sampling and help you decide! Designed for “newbies” as well as on-going students – and friends – near and far – who may just want to see what I’m up to – on the virtual plane. All Levels Welcome!

6-Week Virtual Courses – Fall 2020

Yoga Basics Plus:  Virtual 6-Week Course

Tuesdays, SEPTEMBER 15 – OCTOBER 20, 2020

Class Duration:  1.5 hours (gather at 3, begin at 3:15, end at 4:30) via Zoom Platform

Intermediate Level 1 with focus on form, flexibility, strength and balance.
Make-up class: Tuesday, October 27    If you sign up for the course, and do not miss a class, the “make-up class” is an added bonus for you! Drop-ins are welcome on this day as well, at regular drop-in rate.

6-Week Course Details

Qigong/Meditation Fusion:  Virtual 6-Week Course

Sundays, SEPTEMBER 20 – OCTOBER 25, 2020

Class Duration:  1.25 hours (gather at 11, begin at 11:15, end at 12:15) via Zoom Platform

Simple exercises drawn from the Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) repertoire – also referenced as T’ai Chi.  These standing moves come from China’s ancient healing tradition and philosophical lineage.
Make-up class: Sunday, November 1    If you sign up for the course, and do not miss a class, the “make-up class” is an added bonus for you! Drop-ins are welcome on this day, at regular drop-in rate.

6-Week Course Details

Chair Yoga:  Virtual 6-Week Course

Wednesdays, SEPTEMBER 16 – OCTOBER 21, 2020

Class Duration:  1.25 hours (gather at 2:30, begin at 2:45, end at 3:45) via Zoom Platform

Modified for those needing adaptive exercise methods utilizing chairs.
Make-up class: Wednesday, October 28    If you sign up for the course, and do not miss a class, the “make-up class” is an added bonus for you! Drop-ins are welcome on this day, at regular drop-in rate.

Based on the traditional Buddhist practice of benevolence, compassion and kindness. Techniques to help you forgive, let go and cultivate good will to all.

Can’t make any of the fall courses, but would like to work with me privately – or with a friend or small group? I’m available virtually anywhere in the world, via Zoom, and onsite – I come to you by appointment – in the North County San Diego area – for training sessions tailored to your needs (with masks and social distancing protocols in place.) Please contact me for further information. If you’re new to my work, we can set up a consultation. If you are a current student – or have been in the past – we can set a time to get you started on an individualized program.
