As we approach the holiday season, I send you best wishes for health, safety and above all, peace in spirit. These times need mental stability, physical stamina and require tapping into resources of support to bolster our strength.
With Thanksgiving upon us, I’m reflecting on what I’m most grateful for this year. Thanks to Zoom, I’ve been able to take courses and keep up with my sadhana (yoga practice) in a way that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. Since March, I’ve logged over a thousand hours via this platform – both teaching and taking classes. This engagement with all that I love has sustained and inspired me. I’ve supported my own healing process while gaining knowledge and skills that I share with my students.
