I hope you’re staying safe, well and taking good care. Our challenges continue to be huge – more reasons to stay strong, both in body and mind. We are asked to bring out the best of ourselves – through faith, courage, empathy, compassion and kindness. Thanks to live streaming services and Zoom, I’ve kept up with all that bolsters me: poetry, meditation, chanting and of course, yoga! My life has been enriched beyond measure with this engagement, and it’s my hope that what I offer you may do the same for you.
