Dear Friends,
I hope this communication finds you well and thriving. It seems like Fourth of July was yesterday and here we are, another holiday season upon us! I don't know the science behind it, but as I "mature" time seems to slip by faster and faster. Nonetheless, I greet you with heartfelt gratitude. It's become a daily practice, vital to my well-being.
Gratefully, this year's holiday season will be more joyous with the relative confidence for in-person gatherings. But because of all we've been through since early 2020, our gratitude has deepened. We've shifted gears on multiple levels. Connection seems at the forefront now, as well as the acceptance of change.
November is Native American Heritage Month. We highlight and celebrate the culture, contributions and history of the indigenous peoples of our land. Interestingly, I've recently received my DNA results from ancestry.com. It verifies my American Indian lineage. I'm mostly Scottish though, with Norwegian and Native American next in equal but smaller percentages.
Which brings me to the good news that I'm closer to the completion of my memoir. I'm galvanized once again to explore and share my story. Stay tuned for more on this plus the on-going sales of my collections of art and collectibles.
Meanwhile I continue teaching, both via Zoom and private training in the North County San Diego area – with service to your door! If you'd like to learn more about my private training and coaching programs, please reach out!
Blessings & Namaste,
