What a ride we've had this past year! We know it's not over yet. However, things are shifting and opening up. We see the light at the end of the tunnel. While there's been suffering and loss, we've been on a sharp learning curve to manage and cope with life in a new way. Let us carry forward the best of ourselves as we return to a "new normal." May we do so with a refreshed commitment to living life fully with awareness and compassion.
One way to help ourselves with this mindset is to cultivate a support system for our "whole selves" - body, mind and soul. Regardless of work and lifestyle, planning activities for both physical health as well as mental well-being is key. The rewards are worth the effort. I love teaching on Zoom and will continue my offerings online moving forward. I'm also happy seeing clients in person in the North San Diego area.

CELEBRATING 50 YEARS
In celebration of my 50 years of teaching yoga – My series of COMPLIMENTARY workshops and classes continues through mid-June. They represent my passion for healing the "whole self" through yoga, movement, poetry and art.
I'm grateful for my success...because of YOU. I started my yoga training with the Self Realization Fellowship in Los Angeles in 1968. My first teaching gig was at the Pasadena YWCA in June of 1971. Thank you for the past 50 years of love and support.
A reminder that my YouTube Channel is live. Please check it out and give a review! If you'd like to download an MP3 (audio only) file of any of the recordings, they're also on the Shop page – my gift to you.
